We purchased a second home with Deborah. We had a very limited time to look at homes and couldn't return for closing or a walk through. Deborah was very organized and had us set up to see a variety of homes in a short period of time. We were able to find the perfect home during our short visit to the island. She worked closely with us to make long distance purchase easy. There were some repairs that needed to be done, and she made sure they got done in our absence. She even did a very thorough walk through for us before closing and noticed a cracked window which was done while making the repairs. She had this fixed for us as well.
